"The plug for our oven had melted for the third time. Previous electricians had simply replaced the plug. Mike was the first electrician to provide a fix to prevent this from happening in the future. His employee (or subcontractor) was friendly and efficient. He replaced the plug with a heavier-duty plug and did a general oven check to ensure there were no other issues - he found a dead mouse biting an oven wire."
