Installing heated towel rails and removing TV cable outlet

I would like a quote for the installation of 2x heated towel rails into concealed wiring outlets in 2x bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). We would provide the heated towel rails and the outlets are already present in the bathrooms, just need a quote for the mounting and wiring of the towel rails

I would also like to have some TV cable removed from the wall as well as the outlet removed from the upstairs bedroom, potentially changing this TV cable outlet to a power outlet. Same again changing an internet connection outlet to a power outlet in the same bedroom (or removal)
