I want to create a 1 bedroom apartment and study from my existing basement rumpus room and garage. Input on final design needed. Block shell is there. Just need to fill in with soundproofing, gib, 2 or 3 walls and apartment style bathroom and kitchen. (I have kitchen unit ready to go in.) Would be good to see examples of your previous work.
