Last week there was a smell of burning plastic/material coming from the cylinder and thus morning there is not much hot water…so I guess I need an electrician!

These people are seriously great and everyone I dealt with from the CS last to the Sales manager through to the onsite guys were all excellent. They made the whole experience almost enjoyable! (Hot water cylinder dying is not fun) and even my doggo got attention as well. Totally recommend this company.
