Hollow wooden door interior hole repairs #2

I have a few interior hollow wooden doors with holes in them that need repairing and painting to look like wood again, not sure if it’s possible because there not stained, there’s a toilet door theres two holes in one side another small one on one side on a bedroom door and finally another bedroom door with a hole on both sides well one side is cracked not really a hole and one side is a hole in that same door, that door is painted as shown in the pics so in total there’s five hole repairs. Is it possible to repair the wooden ones to look new or do I have to purchase new doors?
