Installing 4 new doors on old door jams and install handles

We are replacing 4 old doors with brand new ones (will be painted prior). The door jams are pretty old but we don't want to replace them. We will have bought all new hinges and door handles to be installed as well. One of the jams is a bit bowed so might need extra work.
