uPVC French Door Installation

A uPVC french door (1600 mm wide) needs to be installed. Looking for a lincensed building practitioner. As you can see from the attached pictures the lintel is already in place and everything prepared for the opening. The interior has been temporarily gibbed over and the exterior is stucco.
