Door sill and panel replacement

there's exterior weatherboards that need replacing because a square was cut out to get an in wall cistern replaced, square hole about --- and an exterior entrance door sill needs replacing along with a some panelling that has rotted around the bottom, we don’t believe the rot had reached the bottom plate but won’t be able to tell until the sill is off. Cost is a guesstimate, open to quotes.
