Remove double window and replace with exterior french door.

Hi, I'd like to remove a double window and replace with exterior french doors for a studio space. There is an existing door that also needs some rot repair and I'd like to add an interior wall (small) for privacy. Nothing structural that I can tell, happy to meet anytime to look over the job.
