WANZ support bar & flashing installed & sealed

A WANZ support bar is missing and needs to be installed below the ranchslider and any side gaps between the bar and the cavity closure sealed. A flashing, 0.55 coloursteel, with one edge folded the other beaked, needs to be installed between the cladding and the cavity base tray. Method of installation is a bead of sealant applied to the closure and cladding and the flashing pushed into the junction and temporarily held with tape until the MS Silicon has cured. An air seal is missing on the inside of the slider, between the concrete slab and the liner. Therefore, a bead of sealant is to be applied to this junction to resist the negative pressure flow between the exterior and interior. This sealant should also be applied between the skirting and the concrete slab. Ideal completion timeframe would be ASAP please. Scaffolding already in place for separate cladding sealing and painting job.
