The front door appears to have 2x deadbolts at the top and bottom which are not releasing when unlocking the door. I have managed to release the locks today however if we look to lock the door then the bolts won’t release again. Door lock is a Lockwood model. Would like someone to come and take a look at the lock and fix the locking mechanism.
