Repair existing hole for cat door and install new smaller cat door 2

I need to take out an existing cat door and install a new Sureflap microchip cat door in my front door. Whoever installed the current cat door in my front door years ago did a terrible job and made the hole extremely crooked and it's too big for my new Sureflap cat door. It's a hollow front door and I just need the sides filled in and drilled through to hold the cat door in place. I have expanding foam if needed to fill in the gap in the top part of the cat door. The attached photo is a pic of the current catflap (with front frame taken off) to show the size of the hole. The new catflap is slightly smaller than this. Would be good to get a quote upfront first before work begins.
