I have two French doors out onto my rear deck that stick. They have become very hard to push open as it scrapes along the deck, and shut because it is not aligned well with the other door lock. I also have a hanging clothes rack that I'd like installed which requires screwing a pulley system into a high ceiling in my laundry.
