Joinery and timber exterior maintenance

We have recently moved into a new house and have a few issues with weather tightness and joinery repairs that need addressing (details below). Some of this is on the houses second story and we will be painting it in February and March so looking for a builder / joiner available over that period. Work scope is; - Repair of timber door sill x 1 - Repair of bifold doors runners / tightness x 1 - Leaking windowframe repair (top story) and inspection of other upstairs windows for issues -weatherboard repair or replacement below one window While on site we would also like to do a thorough inspection for potential weatherboard repair and / or replacement prior to painting plus all other windows for potential issues. After an estimate price for the windows and doors repair and rest of work would get done on hourly charge up rate. Looking for experienced builder with good reputation and some flexibility to work around painters while scaffold is up. Photos to come Monday 13 February. Thanks, Tim and Sarah
