Kia ora, We've got an aluminium window that has a bit of a leak. We've had two people out to attempt to stop the leak over the past few years, but it doesn't seem to have fixed it. We've had the seals re-done (although this was quite a few years ago), and a builder added silicone around the outside of the window. Despite all this, the corner of the windowsill is just about constantly damp. Especially after rain. Internal condensation is unlikely to be the issue - no one sleeps in that room, and there's a dehumidifier in there. We're looking for a permanent solution that will keep our windowsill dry.

FixAll did an excellent job of fixing our leaky window. They were punctual, very quick and clear with communication, and completed the work to a high standard.
