Sliding Door Repair - Seals replacement

We have a large Sliding door for the Livining area going out to Deck. There is a small gap when you close the door. Which is built in 1974.. We need some one to replace the roller under the door - I tried to adjust the cam.. Roller - Not possible as it is worn .. Need to replace all rubber seals for the Windows, One of the glass in the Windows cracked needs to be replaced.
