We had a bit of confusion over first visit as I hadn’t understood the job couldn’t be done that day and I’d cleared time to be at the property, but all resolved and otherwise prompt and professional communication throughout. Russ was very thorough, did a great job and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
