Bathroom sliding Door Repair and new latch for toilet door

The Sliding Door is jamming and looks like it is out of its alignment. Its a struggle to open and shut it. We have the lift the door from the bottom and then slide it, but still its not smooth. We need a permanent fix to this problem. The toilet door latch is also not working and the door doesn't get locked. We need someone to put a new latch or repair the current one. We will need this to be fixed by end of next week,
