Water has pooled on the sill at corner of a set of cedar slider stacker doors. The sill has rotted through at this point as so has the lower part of the jamb. As I see it options are cut out the rot and either glue in replacement timber or use epoxy filler. The sill is wide to cater for one fixed and three sliding doors so it may pay to replace the whole widith accross the front. I hope the job can be done in situ because it would be a major if the whole thing has to come out. I know it is a difficult to quote so let me know your rates and experience in this type of work. It would suit a joiner or boat builder rather than a house builder. If you want to have a look I am happy with that as I work from home.
