As per photo, single sash blew out with wind. Need a replacement sash sourcing & fitting. Demo-yard is fine. FYI window is quite high up (equivalent to 2nd floor) Measurements are not exact as part of the sash is still attached to the frame as per photo's Is from a bathroom window, so will needed frosted glass
