Internal glass walls and doors

Hi there, I am wanting to install a couple of very large glass sliding doors/walls in my new house. I’d like to use them as a design feature wall but be able to open the space up when I want and fully close the room when I want to. The house is still only in design phase so these will not be required for a while but I need to get quote and design specification’s to the builders. I’ve included a couple of pics below with measurements of the space and then an idea of the style I am after. I’m looking for quotes please and any ideas you have on how these can be designed. Thanks
