Bathroom Door Replacement

Bathroom door has been destroyed. Need a brand new one to be fitted. We have lock, handle and hinges. Door is 1980mm in height and roughly 660 in width. Needs to be done asap with original handle and lock preferably. Original door was flat (no detailing) and white.
