I need the lock system for my back door for a 1960 bungalow house fixed. It does not unlock when the key is in the keyhole. At the moment the lock bar is stuck in position, when the key is turned it does not move, therefore the door cannot be opened even after dismantling the handle on both sides of the door. Can it be fixed or do I need a new door?
