Putty repair on windows/doors

I have a set of windows that have cracked external putty/paint, causing water to leak inside. I am looking for a quote for just the 4x windows panes, and then a quote including the 4x door panes. The doors are not essential, but would be interested in getting them all re-done if the cost wasn’t too high. There also seems to be some green algae growing behind 2 panes, I would like the pane to be removed and cleaned before being re-puttied.
