Door maintenance

I have two doors that need some attention. First door - I have wooden sliding door that wont slide. I believe its due to the top of the door not being square. I will attach a photo. I think it just needs to be cut square and should be fine. Door two - Im having some lino installed in couple months in back door area. Its currently concrete that goes under the door to outside of the house. Wanting some kind of lip to separate the outside from inside. I will attach some photos which may make more sense.
