Hinge replacement and alignment on French doors

Our french doors in our living room are sticking and not able to be closed properly. I believe the hinges may need to replaced and maybe some of the door hardware replaced. No specific timeframe in mind. I am open to new latches and stays on the doors too. I have included some pictures for reference
