Aluminium door re-hung or hinges repaired/replaced?

My aluminium framed external glass door is scratching the doorframe at the base and is hanging at an angle. I have tried to tighten hinges but it is still sagging. Please help as I run a business from home and this is my entrance. Much appreciated.
