Replace back of house walls and windows with bifold doors

As showen in the photos, the back of the house is a mix of windows, walls and french doors. We'd like to remove all of this and have wooden, double glazed bifold doors spanning the entire back. We have an engineers report showing that there would need to be additional piles below as support along with a steel above. We are looking for someone to complete the whole job which includes: • Draughting • Resource Consent • Building Consent • Doors • Structural steel • Carpentry labour and materials • Gib stopping • Rubbish removal The full span of the opening is ~ 7.8m and current height of doors is 1.95m although there is potentially additional head room. We are in the process of obtaining quotes. We also have engineers report that we can share.
