3 internal sliding doors to replace existing

Hi there! I'm looking to swap 3 internal doors in my house (standard doors on hinges), with sliding doors. The objective is to create more usable space in the rooms. All the doors are the same as per the image - would be great if we can repurpose the existing doors, otherwise new doors would be ok. Open to suggestions regarding the hanging/sliding mechanism. The job is not super urgent, just asap. Thanks :)
