Front door won't open / shut properly

It would appear that the frame around our front door has been damaged. The door - even when locked - can now be pushed open in the wind. Once we can shut it, it seems to jam shut. We never know if we're going to be locked in / locked out or if we'll arrive home and our door will be wide open. A rough estimate would be appreciated. Thank you.
