Replace and install new door

We need to replace our front door with new door. We are wondering how much is the cost and whether you need to inspect the house before giving quotation. We have not moved into the house but will be arranging a pre inspection. We Can bring along supplier for measurement. We are thinking inspection on --- of the day to be arranged), and install on the 20 January (when we get the house key). Thanks
