Door handle problems - one is stuck and the other is loose!
Job description
We have problems with two separate door handles. One is on an aluminium tri-fold door and is stuck in locked position so we can't open the door. It seems to require an allen key that has a square-shaped entry point, not hexagonal, to get into it. The other is on a ranch slider. The screws don't stay put and cannot keep the handle in place.

I had two door-handle issues - one (on bi-fold doors) was stuck on lock, and the other (on a ranch slider) was too loose to stay on. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with, fair and honest with the quote, and did excellent work on a tricky job. Highly recommended.
