I am looking to have some timber repaired around 6 windows in our house in preparation for sale. The windows in question currently have MDF boxing which has swollen over the years and needs replacing. There is also a bargeboard that needs to have rot cut out of it and a patch applied. We will also consider including finishing. We need to have this undertaken as soon as possible.
