Door handles, window seal, a few other odd bits

Hi, we're wanting to get a door handle repaired/replaced on the sliding door, the window seal around the outside of a sliding door (sorry, no photo), another inside door handle repaired/replaced, and maybe a few other bits and pieces (not much) on our rental before we sell it. This week would be great if possible as we want to sell the house and want it looking nice for photos.
