Replace Window with Bi-Fold Door

I have a window that I would like knocked out and replaced with a bi-fold door. In the first picture is the window to be knocked out and the second photo includes the window next to it which goes to floor level. Picture from outside you can see a small piece of brickwork will need to be cut off to accommodate the bi-fold door (you can see the bigger window next to it which shows the floor line it goes down to). Dimensions of Window to be knocked out: 1250 W (inner frame to inner frame) x 2150 H (from top of inner frame to the floor). Dimensions of the Bi-fold Door (measurements are to the outer edge of jamb liners): 1100 W x 2050 H. Work required: Knock out existing window, cut the concrete and add framing to fit and secure the bi-fold door which is smaller than the window.
