Reset Auto Door #2

We have a G-Switch-22 GSM Module on our self service Laundromat. I should be able to open the door for customers after hours via a call from my cell phone, but this has ceased working - just goes straight to voicemail, where it would normally ring once, activating the door. Last year we had the same problem and a technician came to the site and rebooted/reset at the module. I need the same thing completed. Completion required by ASAP
