Replace hinges on door and cupboard

Have a garage door that gets exposed to the elements, and the hinges need replacing - the centre hinge is gone entirely. Also have a cupboard door in the laundry that needs new hinges. It opens upwards, horizontally, and needs special hinges that hold it open against gravity. Have included a photo of the cupboard next door which is working nicely. Don't think these hinges are available these days, but something that does a similar job will be fine. Both small jobs, but need to get them done.
