Custom made small wood door for cellar

I need a small door made to the following dimensions in wood : 69cm wide x 80cm height x 20mm thick. I have recently widened the access to our cellar and now require a new door to fit over the hole. Please see pictures of the type of door I need. I need a price for supply only of a door. I plan to fit it myself.
