Noticed gib board under window has cracked and looking at window it looks like water had gotten in (no flashing). Potential water damage (hoping it's not and just an easy fix)? After quotes (not estimates) and qualified professionals only please. Have attached photos of crack in gib, and photos of external window. Located in Papatoetoe. Thanks!
