door frame repair

I need an external door frame repaired at the bottom where water has come in, About 3 inches up from the sill is a hole, so all the rotten stuff needs to be cut out and new wood put in. I have recently had a brand new door fitted here. There is beading over the hole the picture which i will remove for the repair and replace ready to be painted etc.
