Exterior single side door for a garage

Would like a cheap exterior single door fabricated, and hung as a side door to my garage, if costs are ok with me you can also please supply the handle for the door, if not I can supply. So the specs are - 790W x 1975H x 40D. Please also include how long it would take supply and install, please ensure all costs are inclusive of gst. Many thanks. Nott too sure what the cost is, I have an idea, but have not put in what I think it may cost.
