Replacement of wood and glass door and skirting board

We need to have a door replaced and surrounds as there has been a leak. We bought the house a few years ago and we think the door was sealed up (maybe 25 years ago according to long term neighbours) after deck and stairs to ground floor were removed. We understand the door will need to be replaced with timber or timber and glass. The house is a 1960s weatherboard. We would like the repair done as soon as can be scheduled.
