Remove, rebalance and rehang aluminium door

After a water leak from an internal pipe (which has been repaired and the floor stabilized), there is a slope in the wash-house floor of approx. 5mm. This means that our aluminium door leading to the deck area now, does not open. We need the door removed, one side of the framing built up to level the door frame, and then the door rehung. We think it is a relatively minor job but would like a professional to do it because we are definitely not professionals. We need this job done in the next 4-6 weeks as we want to sell our house and it is important that all of the doors open - crazy concept, I know.
