Bi-fold Door Repair

I've got bi-fold doors running along one wall in my lounge room and living room. The living room one has never run smoothly, but now we don't even dare to open it because of how hard it is to close. It's pretty much come right off the rails and has lost one of its little runners. There's gaps where water can drip in when it rains - so not sealing properly. The lounge one still gets opened - except it just doesn't sound too good and little shavings fall down every time it runs across a certain point. If anyone could help out for a good price it would be greatly appreciated.
