Fixing sagging/badly fitting doors

I have three doors which don't seem to fit their frames well. One of them doesn't close properly, the other two close but have huge gaps at the top/bottom. I'd like the doors to be fixed, but if this isn't possible I'd be keen to replace them with doors which close properly.
