When finally completed, there were gaps where patch had been placed. When finished maybe wasn't explained to me that the gaps were going to be as big as they were he never said we needed to putty before painting as gaps were quite big in some areas. Couple of appointments were postponed,which was inconvenient. But when finished did not charge in the end.Which was a good surprise and very appreciated
