Window frame leak #2

Hello, with the heavy rain we discovered a leak through our window frame. The windows are new PVC but the frames are wooden. I suspect it has something to do with the house cladding, possibly deteriorating due to adjacent trees (please see photos). Would anyone be able to come and inspect and give us a quote for repair? It's probably 5m high so need a ladder for inspection and potentially scaffold for repair. Thanks a million, A
