Fixing Cavity Slider

Hi there, we have a cavity slider in our house for our small toilet. About a year ago a builder friend put some foam on the bottom to help with soundproofing. Recently the door has been getting stuck and the foam is gone. We think the foam might have gotten into the cavity. The door has come off the hinges on top and now won't fully close. From what we can see it looks like the bolt nearest the hallway end seemed loose and was causing the door to not hang on the rail. The friend who attached the foam noticed it was gone, is really embarrassed and thinks someone may have to get into the wall to reattach the door to the top or to see what's really going wrong. Thank you for the help.
