Fix/replace aluminium window frame

Broken hinges on window. It was forced open and now has distorted the frame. Window can't be shut. Don't know if it's a 'small' or a 'medium' size job! Have said cost over quality but looking for reasonableness with both. This window is the priority but we need to review all our windows and fix latches/hinges, possibly install some safety locks, so that would be the on-going component of the job. This one is the urgent priority though.
