rain water coming in from sliding door affected carpet to be wet

Hi, My sliding door seems to have a gap which has caused rain water to sip through and wet the inside floor carpet. It is worse where there is a big rain. Here are 3 photos. 2 are taken from inside and 1 from outside. Photos show some tape marks, this is because we stuck a rubbish bag on the door to prevent the rain from coming in.
